  What can you see? in this image i can see a young boy who lives in a small village , his clothes have holes and dirty. most likely he is hungry and not being fed very well. What are the deeper meanings in the advert? the deeper meaning is trying to show and get their point across of what people are going through without sugar coating things we don't know the ins and outs of.  What does the advert communicate to the audience? its up to the audience if their gonna donate money to the toilets and facilities so the people don't get diseases   How might an audience react after seeing the advert? i think majority probably will donate to help out and try make the young kids lives better.
